Our Projects

We choose our projects carefully and having organically built our business we have grown from managing small planning applications to running large multi-million pound master planned strategic sites. We pride ourselves in having a fantastic record in obtaining planning permission, we have in excess of 85% success rate.

In the last year we have recently acquired positions on two strategic sites in Guildford, one for 84 acres and the other for 12 acres. These are currently being promoted through the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment programme but also being paralleled with Master Plans and public consultation.

Our smaller sites have also been carefully handled and project managed. Despite the change in PPS3, which has changed the classification of garden land, we have already this year successfully obtained planning consent and planning officer recommendations on six back garden sites.

Our construction projects have also met with considerable success. We pride ourselves on developing sites that contribute and enhance local character. Two of our recent projects were sensitive sites that could have impacted on conservation areas, so careful consideration of detail and design and conservation area consent was necessary. 

We relish the challenge of working on sites that are different and enjoy the challenge of sites with awkward planning histories or those that involve the full commitment of our dedicated professional team.
